Georgia Case Management System (“CMS”) Project

This project page has resources for interested vendors and is dedicated to housing the documents and information necessary to navigate the GA CMS Project acquisition process, including the combined solicitation and synopsis as well as the registration for our pre-submission conference.  Since time is of the essence in this acquisition process be sure to check back frequently for any updates and amendments. This shall be a multi-phase request for proposal (“RFP”) process with an opportunity for interested vendors to participate in an Industry Day before submitting White Papers for consideration by JC/AOC’s Source Selection Panel. The top qualified vendors will be invited to participate in the full RFP process. The GA CMS Project Pre-submission Conference is currently scheduled to be held virtually on October 21, 2024, at 1:00 pm EDT – (Click here to register). Vendors must be registered to attend the conference.

The Judicial Council/Administrative Office of the Court’s state-wide GA CMS Project’s objective is to develop a JC/AOC owned and operated CMS, for the State of Georgia for use by the state’s courts that will increase the efficiency of the courts and the administration of justice, interface with a variety of reporting and tracking systems, and be user-friendly for Judges, Clerks, Attorneys, Court Administration, staff, the JC/AOC, the State of Georgia, and the public.

The acquisition process will be a multi-phase, competitive bidding process. Interested vendors are encouraged to participate in the GA CMS Project Pre-Submission Conference Industry Day currently scheduled to be held virtually on October 21, 2024, at 1:00 pm EDT. Questions for the Pre-Submission Conference are due by 10/16/2024, at 10:00pm EDT. Phase 1 – Assessment and Vendor Pool Selection will be based on the JC/AOC review of White Paper submissions from interested vendors, which are due on October 25, 2024, at 10:00am EDT.
