Ashburn, VA, July 21st, 2025 – The IJIS Institute is thrilled to announce the relaunch of its Provider Directory featuring a modernized interface, enhanced user capabilities, and a suite of new features designed to better serve the court community. Aiming to foster informed decision-making, the IJIS Provider Directory is designed to meet the diverse technological needs of the courts. From CIOs and executive staff to IT representatives, technical implementors, procurement officials, and other decision-makers, this Directory provides an unbiased view of available products, services, and solutions in the marketplace.
Originally launched in 2018 as a collaborative initiative of the IJIS Courts Advisory Committee (ICAC), the Provider Directory was built through the dedication of subject matter experts and volunteers committed to advancing innovation and collaboration in the field. Recognizing its value, the ICAC later expanded the directory’s scope, making it a vital resource across multiple mission areas including courts, corrections, and public safety.
Today, the revamped Provider Directory offers:
- A modern look and feel for a more intuitive and engaging user experience
- Streamlined navigation and cleaner formatting for easier browsing of listings
- Enhanced search and filtering tools to quickly find relevant providers and solutions
- Improved communication features to facilitate direct outreach between procurement officials and providers
- Expanded categories and metadata to support a broader range of justice and public safety domains
The Directory serves as a neutral, comprehensive resource for public sector professionals, from CIOs and executive staff to IT implementers and procurement officials, seeking to make informed decisions about technology and service providers. It also offers private sector partners a platform to showcase their offerings and stay informed about industry developments.
“The Provider Directory has become a cornerstone for knowledge-sharing and innovation,” said Kevin Bowling, former Joint Technology Council Co-Chair and CIO of the International Association for Court Administration. Chair of the ICAC, De Ana Thompson, said “This relaunch reflects our commitment to supporting collaboration and informed decision-making across the court community and the broader justice and public safety ecosystem moving forward.”
As the Directory continues to evolve, IJIS will work with additional advisory committees to expand its coverage into domains such as corrections, law enforcement, emergency communications and beyond.
Call to Action:
- Providers are encouraged to sign up or update their listings to ensure visibility and accuracy.
- Public sector representatives are invited to explore the Directory and share feedback to help shape future enhancements.
