The Texas Office of Court Administration (OCA) invites submissions of offers, in compliance with the requirements and terms set forth in this Request for Offer (RFO), for (a) the development and implementation of a vendor-hosted, cloud-based, commercial off the shelf (COTS) data warehouse with business intelligence tools and automated programming interfaces (APIs) and user interface for the submission of case level data from the Jurisdictions, with the capacity to support a judicial directory, and (b) the migration of data previously maintained by OCA to this new data warehouse and judicial directory.
